  1. I really enjoyed this podcast! As a woman, I find the stripping of masculinity saddening. We are raising young boys and this hit home! Personally, it makes me sad when men (and it seems ALL men) are being disrespected and put down for being manly. A lot movies are women empowering now a days and men are kind of like the ‘dumb dad’ figure. I don’t think my husband has the right to treat me as a minion, but I do think when we give men respect, love, honor, upliftment in who they are as the men in our lives we as women get the same in return! But there is a lot that can be said and that is just my wifely side and I could go on…..! Thanks for sharing this podcast.

    • Thanks for the comment, Jacinda! I think you’re absolutely right. Men, in sitcoms particularly, are being portrayed as lovable, bumbling idiots; and there’s no wisdom in that. We’re a long ways away from “Father Knows Best”. Appreciate you listening!
